An overwhelming project and aggressive timeline could have meant disaster for NCS Pearson when, in order to meet contractual commitments, it needed to open 200 new testing centers—in just one year!

That’s why the leading provider of electronic testing services for professional certification called on us.  With the help of our proprietary online project, inventory and file management system called Startranet™, we developed a step-by-step rollout plan for each new testing center and managed the timelines associated with all partners, including partners in real estate, design, architecture, construction, furniture and technology.

All communications, deadlines and files were stored and managed in Startranet. The system automatically notified team members when tasks were completed and enabled all parties to track, view and manage progress from anywhere in the world 24/7.

Thanks in part to this easy-to-use project management tool, six alpha and 17 beta testing sites were quickly up and running—and the remaining 177 were open in just eight months. The entire project was completed on time and within budget.
