Wireless Advocates is a third-party provider of wireless products and services, operating within retail locations in the USA and Puerto Rico. Two of their largest retail partners are Costco Stores and The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), which sells specifically to America’s armed forces. Wireless Advocates came to Star to create phone kiosks for installation in every Costco and every AAFES—over 450 stores nationwide and growing.

In addition to designing the kiosks, Star handles the original production, the logistics of transferring the units to the correct locations, as well as the maintenance on each and every kiosk. We use a nationwide labor force to provide installation, repair and maintenance. These popular retail environments can be pretty brutal, with lots of customer traffic and frequent reconfigurations, so we created six different versions of the kiosks, all built for easy servicing and repair. All the pieces and parts are categorized and inventoried on Startranet™ for easy access and so that everyone knows what’s going on at every location.
