How long has Star been in business?
Star was founded in 1993 by a group of individuals dedicated to bringing a new level of service and integrity to the marketplace. Our goal was, and still is, to deliver smart, creative solutions...on time, on budget and on strategy.

What is your value or mission statement?
To provide an environment that nurtures the creativity and growth of the individuals associated with the company. This leads to empowered teams that create exceptional solutions.

What capabilities do you provide through your facility?
In August of 2002 Star expanded into an 186,000 sq. foot space that allows us to deliver a wide range of flexible solutions and inventive support.

What resources does Star outsource?
Star has the ability to produce all design requests in house. We also have long-standing partner relationships
based on shared values and dedication to our customers’ success. We base our collaboration with
strategic design partners on project scope, client needs, and overall value to our customer. Our partners
operate as an extension of Star and we manage them to our client’s expectations.

What is the account structure?
We will manage the relationship with a dedicated Account Management Team whose members have years
of experience in the trade show, event and retail display industries. We carefully assign these teams based
on their specific account and industry experience. You can be assured of getting the best team possible for
your company and your needs.

How are you incorporating technology into the event marketing experience?
We provide our clients with custom software applications, interactive media solutions and digital solutions.
Startranet™ is our proprietary Project and Inventory Management web based application. We’ve been in
“The Cloud” since 2001, long before the term became as popular as it is today. We use it to manage our
complete internal workflow process for every project. Our Clients also enjoy the benefits of complete project
collaboration within Startranet. Startranet has been audited by industry leading consultants as one of
the best tools in our marketplace for sharing files, managing timelines and ordering inventory.

Do you have an online asset management tool?
Yes. Startranet™ allows our Clients to view, manage, order and reserve inventory. We track precise movement
and complete history for every item we manage. Our Clients can view future availability, receiving
status, condition and check-in reporting for each item as well. All of our inventory, containers, packing lists,
manifests are barcoded for improved efficiencies resulting in reduced client costs. We’ve also created
several customizable, easy to use dashboards to manage and report on inventory.
